School / Club Links

Utilising local coaches we hope to target 20 Primary schools situated around clubs where there is a shortfall of junior Squash participation.

Young people will be given the opportunity to learn a new sport and skills and we will strive to develop school to club links to provide exit routes and a seamless support network for the next generation of players.

All talented players will then be given the opportunity to follow the Humber Academy Player Pathway and enter Humber Rankings days with a view to gaining an invitation onto Humber Academy Squad Training.

Riverside School

The students of Riverside Special School have progressed this year attending lessons in the squash courts, from the coach doing sessions at the school last year. The HJSA is trying to increase its popularity and create awareness for all youngsters, it's not just the able bodied children, but everyone.
